Punjab Privatization Board (PPB) is a Government entity dealing in Property privatization for the Government of the Punjab. PPB was formed under The Punjab Privatization Board Bill 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab on Feb. 18th 2010, and assented to by the Governor of the Punjab on Feb 23rd 2010 and published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab through an extra ordinary gazette . Board is headed by Chairperson and is having Board of Directors for management of its affairs. Punjab Privatization Board is offering properties for sale through Privitization Board, Regional Privitization Committee (RPC) and District Privitizaiton Committee (DPC).

The Punjab Privatization Board carries out a competitive, fair and transparent process for effecting price of the properties of the government, and provides for mechanism to resolve disputes relating privatization and provision for ancillary matters.

Punjab Privatization Board is headed by Ch. Safdar Hussain, Chairperson while Mr. Muhammad Ashiq is the Secretary of the board.
